After a 20-year career in public administration, I decided to follow my passion and reinvent myself by becoming Pastry Chef in Paris. My career change began three years ago with the completion of t he CAP Pâtisserie— a key milestone that allowed me to turn a dream into reality.
I was fortunate to complete my internship at theHyatt Hotela formative experience that immersed me in the world of high-end pastry. My journey continued at Maison Philippe Conticini, a renowned name in French pastry.These opportunities allowed me to refine my skills and explore my creativity.
At the same time, I joined the kitchens of Paris Society, where I worked under the guidance of Chef Mathieu Serres.. From commis to demi-chef de partie, and then chef de partie back at the Hyatt Hotel, each step allowed me to gain solid experience in the demanding world of professional pastry..
Today, I put all this expertise into creating homemade sweet treatsin my own pastry lab in Paris. At L’atelier Khady Pastry, I offer a range of artisanal cookies, of personalized layer cakes and custom wedding cakes, all made with passion and quality ingredients.
