Who Am I ?
Once upon a time… there was a passion waiting to be fulfilled.
After twenty years working in public administration, I chose to follow my heart and reinvent myself as a pastry chef in Paris. A bold decision guided by my love for craftsmanship, flavor, and the joy of sharing sweet moments.
Three years ago, I officially began my journey by earning my he CAP Pâtisserie, a key milestone that transformed a lifelong dream into reality.
I completed my internship at the Hyatt Hotel, where I was introduced to the precision and excellence of high-end pastry. My journey continued at Maison Philippe Conticini, a true reference in French pastry, where I refined my technical skills and developed my creative vision.
At the same time, I joined the kitchens of Paris Society under the direction of Chef Mathieu Serres. From commis to demi-chef de partie, and later chef de partie back at the Hyatt Hotel, each experience strengthened my expertise in the demanding world of professional pastry.
Today, I bring all this experience into my own artisan pastry studio in Paris, where every creation is handmade with passion and precision.

L’Atelier Khady was born from a dream: to offer artisan cookies and handmade pastries that are generous, refined, and made with heart.
I specialize in artisanal cookies, available both for direct purchase in Paris and through online cookie delivery across France, so that even those outside the capital can enjoy my sweet creations.
Each cookie is crafted in small batches, combining soft centers, rich textures, and premium ingredients for a truly indulgent experience.
Coming soon, the atelier will also introduce a selection of traditional Oriental pastries, celebrating heritage flavors and delicate craftsmanship.
