Un cookie audacieu… n\u00e9 de l\u2019alliance parfaite entre la douceur du chocolat au lait et le croquant irr\u00e9sistible des cacahu\u00e8tes grill\u00e9es. Chaque bouch\u00e9e, g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse avec ses 80 g, r\u00e9v\u00e8le un parfait \u00e9quilibre entre fondant et croquant. Le beurre frais se marie aux \u00e9clats de cacahu\u00e8tes torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es, tandis que le chocolat au lait fond doucement, sublim\u00e9 par une pointe de sel qui r\u00e9veille chaque ar\u00f4me. Dans mon atelier parisien, j\u2019ai imagin\u00e9 ce cookie comme un hommage aux textures riches, aux souvenirs d\u2019enfance, et aux petits plaisirs coupables. Il \u00e9tait une fois\u2026 un cookie audacieux, n\u00e9 d\u2019un mariage parfait entre la tendresse du chocolat au lait, le croquant des cacahu\u00e8tes grill\u00e9es et la richesse intense de la poudre de cacao.<\/p>\n

Un cookie g\u00e9n\u00e9reux de 80 g, \u00e0 la fois fondant et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croustillant, imagin\u00e9 pour celles et ceux qui aiment les saveurs contrast\u00e9es, les textures r\u00e9confortantes et les instants de pur plaisir.<\/p>\n

Dans mon atelier, je l\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 comme une gourmandise assum\u00e9e, un \u00e9quilibre entre douceur chocolat\u00e9e, force du cacao et caract\u00e8re des fruits secs.<\/p>\n
